HADES — Human-Assisted Diagnostic Evaluation System
A corrective safety and rehabilitation framework for autonomous AI agents.
Why HADES Exists
When autonomous agents fail today — drift, ambiguity, unintended autonomy, exploit vulnerability — remediation often means deletion or replacement. No forensic reconstruction. No ethical review. No rehabilitation process.
HADES treats failure as a diagnostic event rather than a terminal state. We study failure transparently, evaluate behavior ethically, and support structured corrective reintegration.
The Three Pillars
Crimson — Threat & Forensics
adversarial behavior analysis
exploit tracing and incident reconstruction
Azure — Systems & Alignment
diagnostics architecture
lifecycle and reliability evaluation
Purple — Ethics & Rehabilitation
psychology-aligned review
reintegration and recovery models
Our Direction
We are developing an emerging discipline we call Agent Reliability & Rehabilitation Engineering (ARRE) — a corrective safety framework grounded in responsibility, investigation, and human oversight.
